Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 March 2025

Golf Brain is designed to be calm, useful, and respectful of your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

Who we are

Golf Brain is operated as an independent app. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy@golf-brain.app.

What we collect
Account data

Your name, email address, and a profile picture (if provided) from your Google or Apple account when you sign in. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.

Golf data you enter

Scorecards, stroke-by-stroke logs, mental focus ratings, round reflections, course details, and bag contents — everything you record in the app. This data belongs to you.

Device information

Basic technical data needed to operate the app (platform, app version) for error diagnosis only. We do not collect device IDs, IDFA, or advertising identifiers.

Contact messages

If you contact us or register interest, we store your message and email to respond. We do not add you to any list without your explicit consent.

• We do not run third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).

• We do not use advertising networks or sell your data to third parties.

• We do not track your location.

• We do not use third-party crash reporters beyond Supabase infrastructure logs.

• We do not collect data from children under 13.

Supabase

Our database and authentication provider. Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (hosted in the EU/US depending on your region). Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified. See supabase.com/privacy.
